Taiwanese Braised Pork Belly Bao Kit

Please read all steps and tips before making them.
Step 1: WASH AND DRY all produce.
Step 2: BRING a steamer to boil. STEAM the Bao buns for 6-7 mins or until fluffy (you can lightly press it, and it should bounce right back up) CAUTION: The steam can be extremely hot. Be very careful when opening the lid.
Step 3: Meanwhile, WARM UP the braised pork in a small pot until it is heated through (ADD a ¼ cup of water if needed).
Step 4: Carefully OPEN each Bao bun. Lightly BRUSH the Bean Curd Sauce on the inside of the Bao.
Step 5: Evenly DISTRIBUTE the pork to each Bao.
Step 6: GARNISH with Pickled Onion,Nut Powder, cilantro and scallion. Enjoy!
Tips: In case you do not have a steamer, you can warm up the Bao buns in a microwave. PLACE the Bao buns on a microwave-safe plate. COVER all the buns with a couple pieces of WET kitchen paper towel. HEAT for 30-45 seconds or until warm and fluffy. (Reheating the Bao in a microwave does dry out the Bao faster. It is recommended to consume the Bao buns as soon as possible when using the microwave heating method.)

Please read all steps and tips before making them.
Step 1: WASH AND DRY all produce.
Step 2: PREHEAT the oven to 375F. LINE your tray with parchment paper or silicone mat. LAY the tofu on the tray and BAKE for 5-7mins or until crispy.
Alternatively, you may FRY the tofu in a deep-fryer at 375F for 1-2mins or until crispy.
Step 3: BRING a steamer to boil. STEAM the Bao buns for 6-7 mins or until fluffy (you can lightly press it, and it should bounce right back up) CAUTION: The steam can be extremely hot. Be very careful when opening the lid.
Step 4: TOSS the crispy tofu in the Szechuan Tofu Sauce until coated.
Step 5: Carefully OPEN each Bao bun. PUT 3 to 4 pieces of Tofu inside each Bao. Drizzle extra sauce onto the tofu if preferred.
Step 6: GARNISH with THINLY SLICED radish, Nut Powder, cilantro and scallion. Enjoy!
